Megawins may request additional identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.
Using false information or another person's details during registration will result in permanent account closure. Any funds deposited will not be refunded in such cases.
Deposits on Megawins can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum daily deposit limit depends on your account verification level.

The wagering requirement refers to the number of times you must bet before withdrawing a bonus. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳20,000 in total bets. This is calculated on the bonus amount, not on winnings.
Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, engaging in arbitrage betting, or attempting to abuse the bonus system will result in all bonuses being voided and the account being closed.
Each bonus has a set expiry period. Deposit bonuses are generally valid for 30 days and free spins for 7 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically removed once it expires.
For a bet to be deemed valid, the relevant event or game must be completed and confirmed in the Megawins system. If a bet remains unresolved due to a technical issue, the applicable rules will apply.
All casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent third-party organizations. If a disconnection occurs during a game, the outcome will be determined based on server logs.
